Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. SaaS Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, maximizing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers, within assigned client accounts with several clients in North America. Must be able to manage relationships with 60-80 clients with a portfolio value of USD 800K- $1M ACV.
2. Customer Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively leading to an NPS of greater than 30 and a NRR of 100%+
3. Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients to maximize account revenue, responsible for ~10% revenue growth with existing clients
4. Strategic Planning: Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed client expectations.
5. Product Expertise: Stay updated on our product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients and address their evolving needs.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Support, and Product Development, to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive product enhancements based on client feedback.
7. Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics, such as client retention rates, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction scores, and take proactive measures to address any areas of concern.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of success in account management or sales roles, within the SaaS industry with demonstrated client retention and growth.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
5. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding performance targets.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Experience using CRM software (e.g., Hubspot)
