Integrate, monitor, and support Environment, Health & Safety programs to ensure compliance with the applicable guidelines, procedures, and regulations.
Incorporate continuous improvement using Honeywell's Health and Safety initiatives through Honeywell's Operating System activities
Provide proactive integration of HSE initiatives across all businesses and functions, keeping in front of leading-edge safety awareness
The Senior HSE Engineer is responsible for implementation of Health, Safety & Environment policies and programs across Honeywell Technology Solution, Bangalore in line with legal obligation and Honeywell requirements. The role is accountable for ensuring compliance to legal standards and corporate policies and procedures. The Senior HSE engineer is responsible for driving HSE programs like Management of Change process, Chemical Management, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment, Performing Root cause analysis, Safety audits/Inspections and conducting periodic HSE training and awareness programs
Minimum BE in Environmental Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering, Industrial Safety Engineering, or Chemical engineer from a recognized institute.
Candidate must have worked for at least 12 years in reputed organization in similar role.
