Job Summary
The Service executive is responsible for the after sales service of Medium Voltage products. The Service executive receives product complaints, request for erection & commissioning, health check up etc from customer/ regional offices and contractors. He should be competent enough to gather required data, analyze and resolve the complaints (disposition action) in minimal time frame. Also, should lead/ guide the team of service contractors by extending techno commercial support for resolution of complaints. Further an important part of the function is to ensure /execute/ guide to execute the resolution activity respecting all safety norms and as per good engineering practices, Also, should prepare/ generate necessary formal documentation and timely communication to concerned authorities. Should parallelly drive after sales business (Annual Maintenance, Annual Maintenance Contract, Recommended Spare part sales etc) and follow up Customers to expand/continue our customer relations. Gather complaint - COPQ data, monitor trend, analyse data for critical/ major issues and Corrective action implementation and effectiveness of the same.
