Job Summary:
The Senior Developer, Oracle Applications will work with a talented team of developers and functional analysts to deliver critical technical solutions to customers and requires broad exposure to development tool sets as well as the skills and experiences to transform business initiatives and challenges into application solutions. 
This position will also define best practices and will learn about different aspects of our business, which includes working closely with internal analysts, consultants, and business teams to resolve issues and provide in-depth technical solutions for business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
This position has responsibility for:
-Designing, developing, enhancing, and implementing applications within our Oracle applications footprint and other legacy applications
-Conducting design and code walk-throughs, peer reviews, and testing
-Producing technical documentation for the customizations developed and for the systems implemented
-Providing support for Order Management and Shipping processes.
-Providing support for Oracle Inventory, Work In Process, and Warehouse Management applications. 
-Enhancing and providing support for B2B integration tools.
-Utilizing techno-functional skill sets to partner with business teams to develop streamlined solutions for business requirements.
-Developing reports utilizing Oracle Reports, OBIEE, etc.
-Using expertise to assist more junior developers.
-Providing support for label development utilizing Loftware and/or Nice label.
-Develop integration programs utilizing PL/SQL packages, Talend applications, and APIs.
-Support Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)
-6 to 8 years of professional experience working with Oracle e-business suite of which at least 2 years in release 12x
-At least 2 full cycle ERP implementation experiences required
-Strong background in previous IT project management and implementation
-Familiarity with the technical architecture of Oracle EBS R12 applications
-Experience with Oracle Supply Chain applications (full order to cash cycles)
-Experience ETL tools, specifically Talend, API, and Web Services
-Demonstrated expertise in maintaining complex customized Oracle e-business
-Extensive knowledge in the following technical skills

-PL/SQL, forms 10.x, reports 10.x, XML Publisher, OA Framework, workflow builder
-Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for inbound, outbound transactions
-Talend Integration (desired)
-Experience in business intelligence applications and data structures. 
-Proven deep technical understanding of the data model Oracle applications suite
-Demonstrated ability to capture requirements and design / develop solutions for extensions and customizations in Oracle ERP environment
-Effectively manage Oracle instances to ensure they follow standard methodology and ensure the patching is current
-Effective verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
-Effective at building strong relationships with the applications/infrastructure/vendor teams
 
Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in OBIEE and Tableau
-Ability to work with Oracle support and other vendors contracted with providing services / support
-Ability to define schedules / deadlines and adhere to them
 
Education Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering, or equivalent education and work experience.
