Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, edit, and proofread engaging content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, social media posts, and marketing materials related to fintech software solutions.
- Write engaging content for internal communications, including Desk of CEO and Corporate Communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Translate technical information into clear, concise, and compelling content for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in fintech and incorporate them into content development.
- Conduct extensive research on subject matter experts and industry professionals to gather insights for content creation.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure alignment with brand voice, style guidelines, and messaging.
- Assist in the creation of sales enablement materials such as presentations, product guides, and sales scripts.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using relevant metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
