AddressErection / Installation, calibration, loop checking and commissioning of the field instruments, Control valves, Analyzers system (CO2 analyzer, Dew Point Analyzer, THC Analyzer, O2 trace analyzers, O2 purity Analyzers, N2 trace analyzers etc.), gas detectors and direct mounting field instruments such as Pressure gauges, Temperature gauges, Temperature elements, thermocouple and flowmeters etc.
. Knowledge in graphics and logic modification of DCS & PLC system of such as: Siemens PCS 7, Yokogawa Centum VP, Emerson Delta V control system make.
. Knowledge of control philosophy, P&I diagrams, cause & effect diagrams, instruments list, logic diagram and control flow chart.
. Troubleshooting of control system and experience in communication protocol of control system such as: RS 485 Modbus, Profibus communication protocol.
. Experience in review of process control logic (Open loop & close loop) for industrial gas plant.
. Experienced in the field instruments and control systems and diagnostic of all field instruments and analyzer system Knowledge of configuring and faults finding capability of field instruments, analyzers and Control Loops.
. Good understanding of P&ID and PFD of Industrial as plants.
. Experience in cold Loop & Hot Loop checks.
. Experience in demonstrating the logic in simulation prior to hot startup of process equipment. Preparation of logic checking protocol for all the control loops.
. Commissioning of Control PLC and DCS Panels.
. Testing of relay and hardwired timer-based panels.
. Experience in Testing & Commissioning of Pressure, flow and temperature elements, Mass flow meter and Controllers.
. Planning and implementing additional control loops as per site requirements
Construction & Pre-Commissioning support:
. Contractor management and co-ordination between construction, commissioning & engineering team.
. Provide necessary guideline to instrument contractors for the Installation / Erection of Cable tray / Duct, Cable laying, glanding & termination of cable as per cable schedule.
. Provide necessary guideline to instrument contractors for installation and tubing of analyzers, Fire alarm System, gas detector system.
. Good Knowledge of Location layout, Hook-ups, Control room layout to execute construction activities. Experience in EPC job for all instrumentation site activities for process gas plants.
. Ensuring safe construction & commissioning of instrumentation during the construction & pre-commissioning & commissioning of the plant.
. Maintaining records of goods ordered and received.
. Spares balance investigation and inventory control for all instruments spare parts
. Tracking material from dispatch to delivery at store and then to site.
. Maintenance and calibration of pneumatic control valves, On-Off valves and PSVs if required.
. Maintenance and calibration of other analyzers such as: Conductivity, Chlorine, PH, TDS,
. Maintenance and calibration of flowmeters (electromagnetic, orifice plate, variable area, turbine, ultrasonic etc.)
. Maintenance and calibration of transmitters PT, LT, TT, DPT (Emerson Rosemount, Yokogawa, Hauser, ABB, Honeywell make and Monitoring vibration transducers of Bentley Nevada.
. Design activities & As- built documentation:
. Knowledge of designing, Implementing and Commissioning of new control loops as per site requirements.
. Good understanding of engineering standards ISA, ASME, IEEE, AIDG, SIL, ANSI, NEMA , IEC ,EN,EL,EX.
. Experience in preparation Instrument Index, Instrument Location Plan, Instrumentation data sheets and Specifications, Instrument Wiring Layout, Instrument Air Routing Layout, Loop Drawing, JB Layout, Cable Schedule, Cable Tray Layout, Hookup drawings, SWD and Control valve data sheet.
. As-built sketch and preparation of As-built documentation of all engineering documents as per site modification.
. Experience in design of I/O assignment and P & ID for process control loop, BOM.
. Knowledge and experience of plant layouts and model review meetings and software.
