Key Accountabilities
• Understand Clarity and Rally PPM tools and functionality. Understand how the tool is used by users for managing vendors as it relates to projects and/or time entry. Understand how the tool is used by the Technology Business Management Governance team.
• Manage basic inbound requests and questions related to TVM business processes, including analysis to identify allocations to projects via transaction entries, budget/ billing, supporting processing for forecasts, timesheet compliance reporting, and verify analysis of concerns about approved budgets/schedule versus the actuals (using Clarity tool).
• Handle vendor status report maintenance requests with Vendors and augment with related clarity reports. Provide cross-training on tool usage and deliverables as needed. Familiarity with dashboards and reporting via Tableau or Excel and other tools as designated by the VTM team.
• Analyze reports from Clarity and perform rate audits of contracts monthly.
• MyID – Weekly Onboarding as needed, Monthly Audit (work with Vendor to identify and submit Vendor resources needing to be terminated)
• Clarity Onboarding and User Activity Form Modifications (UAF Modifications) as needed.
• Own both MyID & Clarity vendor resource processes with best practices for data quality maintenance, data governance, and business process improvements.
• Run/manage/update standard reports, including vendor process compliance/ discrepancies, cross-functional reports, and others in Clarity, Rally, Ariba, Service Now, and other tools as needed.
• Manage contract and PO approval processes including approval from all stakeholders
• Conduct base level of data validation and QA in the VTM tools to maintain data quality and data governance.
• Support process improvement initiatives to improve resources, project data, and maintenance processes.
• Support training and or job aid development and reviews/communication of processes and reports as needed to improve adoption of processes.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned, independently and in collaboration with users and the TBM Governance team.
Key Shared Accountabilities
• Conduct base level of data validation and QA in the Vendor Management tools to ensure data quality and data governance of the Strategic suppliers for reporting and dashboards.
• Creation and support of monthly performance reporting
• Support process improvement initiatives to improve Vendor Management processes, vendor resource-related processes, and any related project data and maintenance processes.

• Highly Detailed oriented and process-oriented. Enjoys data quality efforts and collaborating for finding and correcting issues.
• Clarity 16. x - Able to create or refine business processes, create, or modify projects and efforts, run reports, and modify projects, rates, and or supporting data.
