Job Title– Senior manager – Product Management
The Purpose of This Role
As Senior Manager – Product Management, you will be part of the Fidelity Center for Applied Technologies (FCAT) team that focuses on building innovative solutions in the financial services domain aimed at enhancing value for our end customers.
The Expertise You Have
- Expertise in an area related to financial services – familiarity with Capital Markets, Asset Management, Brokerage Functions and Trading is preferred
- Expertise in business analysis including data analysis, requirement gathering and use case development
- Demonstrated ability to translate business vision into defined and prioritized stories for the team backlog
- Ability to manage a new feature from conception to its implementation in production by working with the business stakeholders and the tech team.
- Active participation in defining requirements and writing stories to help inform product strategy, enhancements, and process improvements
- Ability to think broadly – while the focus may be on a specific product line – you possess the ability to think of the customer’s total relationship.
- Demonstrated dedication to cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment with a true passion for “test and learn”
- Experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog management tool preferred
- Broad business knowledge of Fidelity’s diverse offerings across Personal Investing, Workplace Services and Fidelity Institutional and other businesses is preferred
- 9+ years of experience
- MBA is preferable but not a must

- Providing mentorship to junior team members.
- Help analyze issues that require business input.
