Project Role : Application Developer Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have skills : Spring Boot Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Key Reponsibilities : 1 Lead the architectural design and implementation of software systems based on Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka 2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine system requirements 3 Drive the development of architectural best practices and coding standards 4 Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams 5 Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to enhance system performance and scalability Technical Experience : a Proficient in Java programming language b Experience with Microservices architecture and development c Strong knowledge of Springboot framework d Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms e Excellent problem-solving and solution design skills Professional Attributes : 1 Strong communication and presentation skills, Client facing role 2 Good problem solving and analytical skills 3 Work with the team using waterfall/Agile methodologies 4 Professional with ability to properly handle internal and external confidential data 5 Ability to handle multiple modules/tasks NA
