Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain electromechanical / utilities services• Prepare and implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM)• Conduct inspections at site regularly to check for risk / defects areas• Review work of subordinate staff and provide guidance when needed• Ensure documentation, checking, and follow up of assets• Maintain service level agreements and performance indicator scores• Ensure timely renewal of agreements and payment follow-ups• Oversee vendor quotations and invoices• Schedule monthly vendor meetings and ensure corrective actions• Plan and implement energy conservation
Requirements
• Experience in electromechanical / utilities services management• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and risk assessment• Strong documentation and organizational skills• Ability to review and guide subordinate staff• Vendor management and invoice tracking experience• Knowledge of energy conservation planning• Good communication and interpersonal skills
