• Certification in IELTS training or related field will be an advantage
• Ability to motivate and connect with students from diverse backgrounds
• Proficient in using technology for online teaching and conducting virtual classes
• Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to helping students achieve their goals
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with the team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of different student
