Role: Sourcing Recruiter

Key responsibilities of sourcing recruiter:
- attends intake calls and obtains the required information to review organic applicants as well as source quality candidates
- manages both passive and active candidate channels - proactive candidate sourcing and review of organic applicants
- screens all candidates (except those provided by a 3rd party supplier) and provides the TA with a shortlist of qualified prospects
- manages candidate engagement throughout the entire recruitment process
- Provides recommendation to hiring manager for candidate offers
- delivers offers to candidates (except those provided by 3rd parties), handles negotiations and shepherds the candidate through the offer and onboarding process
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent English speaking and written communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be good at requirement analysis, multi-tasking and prioritizing
- Must be detail oriented
- Experience creating a sourcing strategy and executing it
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a full life cycle recruiter
- Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting for R&D roles, Scientists, Engineers or other technical roles.
- Experience negotiating offers with candidates
- Minimum 1 year external sourcing experience for R&D roles, Scientists, Engineers or other technical roles.
- Ability to create and execute sourcing strategy
