Job Description
Role
The incumbent will be responsible for delivering strategic technology solutions to our clients. In this role, you’ll be the face of Merkle to our multiple Onshore teams as you and your project teams deliver technically complex solutions.
This role will provide you with exceptional cross-functional experience. To excel in this role, you’ll need to combine your strong technical expertise, your deep program/project management skills, your solid business acumen, and your client management skills to lead cross-functional teams in the on-time delivery of solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and estimate deep technical, custom development solutions that meet customer needs with a strong hands-on experience on Multiple Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Demo experience is a plus.
- Design and develop technical artefacts, solution design documents, Functional and Non-Functional Mapping of requirements.
- Scoping of Solutions, Implementation and Managed Services during presales and completing Services Success Document (services proposal to accompany RFP)
- Defining a client’s operating model, business process definition and enabling client champions to own program components.
- Identifying risks and creating mitigation plans by performing gap analysis.
- Setting program guardrails and managing program scope and dealing with Change Requests -- scope or project management
- Timeline Management, Project Planning & Tracking Program Progress by workstream
- Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives; identify gaps between client's current and desired end states. Convert the business use cases to technical specifications on multiple adobe solutions.
- Leading a diverse, cross-functional project team and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to your project teams and partners.
- Handling the client relationships, including all client communications with the clients’ Business owners and IT leaders
- Leading project scope for managed services, budget, and resource allocation to ensure a profitable, and executing managed services
Qualifications
- 10-12 years of technical program/portfolio management experience with strong hands on is MUST
- Understanding of how Adobe products play with other platforms e.g., Pega, Salesforce, SAP Hybris, GCP, others
- Should have experience leading Architecture, Implementation & Integration design of different Adobe products
- Presales, Sales experience in solutioning and winning deals on Adobe Platforms or similar platforms
- Adobe expertise: more than 5 years of experience in leading Adobe implementations on one or more of Adobe products such as AEP, AJO, Campaign, Adobe Data collection, Adobe Target, Adobe Marketo Engage, etc.
- In depth knowledge level on Adobe Content, Marketing and Experience platforms
- Experience on other CDP platforms, architecting, design is preferred
- Experience managing and successfully delivering large scale, custom solutions to clients
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum Framework
- Demonstrated experience establishing relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo)
- Ability to deep dive and is never out of touch with the details of the business
- Ability to manage a Multi-tiered Pyramid
