Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Test Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Software Test Lead at TETS, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for ensuring the reliability and functionality of software products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Software Testers to ensure effective and efficient testing processes, demonstrating the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance, including experience in API Testing and automation test script writing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution, conducting root cause analysis for identified bugs and implementing preventive measures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance testing processes.
- Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the testing life cycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Test Lead or similar role in Software Testing.
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for identifying and solving complex problems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB are desirable.
