SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
REQUIREMENT
- Degree or relevant qualification equivalent to the field required
- 3 years and above relevant experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support system is preferred
- Strong IT and Software troubleshooting skills would be an added advantage
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Follow Singapore working time (6.30 am to 3.30 pm)
RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide support to end users in Singapore market on enquires to HRMS software via phone call / email / ticket / remote assistance.
- Provide Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issue
- Perform data migration works
- Conduct product (Software) training to end users
- Resolve customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Involve in ad-hoc project
- Provide consultancy service on HRMS software.
