Responsibilities
• Be the Scrum Master in Scrum teams, lead multiple teams to apply the Scrum framework, and guide teams to use best practices.• Drive, coordinate, and participate in backlog grooming, planning, demo, retrospective, and daily stand-ups.• Work with Product Owners to manage backlog and requests.• Resolve issues and remove obstacles for Scrum teams.• Own and manage project schedule and deliverables.• Apply knowledge in Software Product Life Cycle and different software development methodologies.• Actively manage risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.• Report and communicate project status, escalate when goals are at risk.• Build strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.• Discuss potential projects with clients, executives, and developers.• Plan project scope, allocate resources, set deadlines, and lay out communication strategies.• Assemble and lead project team.• Supervise each stage of the project and ensure adherence to schedule and deadlines.• Create and manage project budget.• Determine and oversee testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of products.• Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests.• Serve as liaison to communicate changes and milestones to stakeholders.• Deliver completed software products and perform performance checks.
Requirements
