AddressEngineering ownership of software platform that helps engineers & designers to build vehicle. Establish processes and practices that ensure a high level of productivity, quality, and reliability. Work with product management to set engineering roadmaps; own the overall delivery by planning/tracking thru phases, milestones, and iterations in an AGILE environment by appropriate prioritization and feature-delivery trade- offs. Directly own delivery by managing engineers, architects, quality engineers, and data-scientist teams

Technical Experience & Expertise
- Minimum 10-12+ years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years of experience in leading & building strong technical teams.
- Bachelor of Engineering or masters higher from premium universities in Computer Science, Information Systems, automobile/automotive or Mechanical streams.
- Must have been part of software development process and executed projects in agile as well as waterfall practices.
- Strong Agile delivery experience is preferred.
- Cloud technologies knowledge in at least one platform in AWS, GCP or Azure is required. Cloud certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of methods and practices in automotive Industry would be added advantage.
- Must have proven record of adapting and introducing new technologies for digital solutions.
- Development & architecting experience in programming languages in Java or .Net technologies
- Quick & Excellent Problem-Solving skills for complex & large-scale problems.
- Strong Interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge, understanding & experience of working with multi-tier architectures. Must be comfortable working in fuzzy environments where boundaries aren't clearly defined.
