Manthan boasts of an exciting, congenial, motivating, vibrant and democratic environment. Traditions do not shackle us; experimentation is encouraged, new thoughts are provoked, and the best elements of each philosophy are adopted.
We provide the best facilities for our staff – free cafeteria, transportation, training, and a stimulating environment.
Career Comeback Programme
We launched the Career Comeback Programme in October 2021 to provide Manthan parents who were seeking job opportunities and had taken a break with a chance to work with us. This programme has been highly successful.
Having Manthan’s parents on the team allows the school to understand their perspective better, and parents get to see the school’s commitment to creating and maintaining the right environment for their children.
