KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in managing and updating our organisation's Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and . Monitor Social Media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with team members to develop Social Media campaigns and strategies to raise awareness, drive engagement, and increase followers.
