1. Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content across all Social Media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
2. Monitor Social Media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
3. Participate in the planning and execution of Social Media campaigns and advertisements
4. Analyze and report on campaign performance and Social Media metrics to identify areas for improvement
5. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., product development, customer service) to ensure brand consistency and to gather content
