As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Social Media presence. You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing data-driven strategies to optimize our Social Media channels and engage our target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze Social Media performance metrics using various analytics tools to gain insights into audience behavior, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify and segment target audiences based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences to tailor content and campaigns accordingly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in our Social Media landscape.
- Posting and managing all Social Media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Threads, and Broadcast Channel) for all our ventures
- Maintaining hygiene across platforms like banners, story highlights, reel covers, and more
- Collaborating with industry influencers and creators for maximizing brand presence and driving relevant audiences
- Collaborate with the content team to develop content strategies that resonate with our audience, drive engagement, and align with our brand identity.
- Create and implement Social Media campaigns that align with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Track the return on investment (ROI) of Social Media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Generate regular reports on Social Media performance, presenting insights and recommendations to the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Stay current with Social Media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Social Media management with a strong emphasis on data analysis and strategy development.
- Proficiency in Social Media analytics tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to translate data into effective Social Media strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of Social Media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus.
