We are searching for a highly creative Social Media & Content Strategist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for all aspects of our brand marketing operations in this position. Your central goal is to help grow our brand's influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our marketing campaigns (online and offline) across all networks.
Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, Social Media management, campaign building and strategy. In addition, to be an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Salary: Rs. 15k+ monthly basis
Qualification(s): Degree in marketing and/or related field.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Incorporate design conceptualization and oversee all aspects of our day-to-day marketing tasks and campaigns (including our marketing database, email, client servicing, and display advertising campaigns for clients.
· Develop and monitor campaign design & budgets.
· Plan strategies and manage our Social Media platforms.
· Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
· Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
· Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
· Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
· Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
· Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
· Writing blogs, copies & proofreading.
· Websites updates & corrections.
· Preparing monthly reports and calendars.
Skills Requirement:
· In-depth knowledge of various Social Media platforms, best practices, & website analytics.
· Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
