Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Executive with expertise in organic growth strategies. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of Instagram, , and Facebook, along with the ability to create engaging content including posts, reels, memes, and more, and also will be responsible for growing our clients' and company's Social Media presence organically while also having experience in managing Meta ads campaigns.
Pay Scale: - 1.2 lacs to 2.4 lacs

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement organic Social Media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility across Instagram, , and Facebook for both clients and the company.
Create high-quality and engaging content tailored to each platform, including regular posts, stories, reels, memes, infographics, and other multimedia formats.
Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and algorithms of Social Media platforms and incorporate them into content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content creation and strategy.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and on-brand content that resonates with the target audience.
Monitor Social Media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally, and maintain a positive brand image.
Use Social Media analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to optimize content and strategy.
Experiment with different content formats, posting times, and engagement tactics to continually improve Social Media performance.
Develop and manage Meta ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including budget allocation, targeting, creative optimization, and performance monitoring.
Provide regular reports on Social Media performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement to clients and internal stakeholders.
Experience in managing influencer partnerships and collaborations is plus.
