Job description

Role: -

The Social Media executive is responsible for managing and executing the company's Social Media strategy, working across key Social Media channels including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms. The role involves creating and publishing original, high-quality content, managing and engaging with users, analyzing data and reporting on Social Media activity, and working with the marketing team to ensure that Social Media efforts align with the company's overall marketing and branding objectives.

Responsibilities: -

  • Develop and implement the company's Social Media strategy
  • Develop Social Media calendars and content calendars
  • Create and publish original, high-quality content for Social Media platforms
  • Engage with users and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of Social Media campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Create and manage strategic Social Media campaigns to grow brand awareness and engagement
  • Work with the marketing team to align Social Media efforts with the company's overall marketing and branding objectives
  • Stay up to date with the latest Social Media best practices and technologies

Desired Skills & Experiences: -

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in Social Media marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social
  • Knowledge of Social Media advertising and paid promotion strategies
  • Familiarity with graphic design and content creation tools such as Coral, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
