Job description

Purpose of the Position (Short Summary of the Role) : Ensure a comprehensive Integrity Program of the local entity as an active and measurable value driver. Firmly establishing integrity management enables the local entity to meet its legal, customer- and employee related as well as its social obligations and those signed Global Compact. Ensure a management of the Whistleblower System at SAVWIPL. Ensure development of HR Compliance System within SAVWIPL.
Skills Required :
- Critical, Technical & Behavioral Skills (As required for the role)
- High level of compliance acumen
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Power point, etc.)
- Communications including Training skills, Negotiations, advanced discussions with Management
- Integrity level
Key Responsibilities &Tasks :
- Is overall responsible for the Compliance and Integrity Management System incl. respective concepts and initiatives
- Supports with improvement of the ethical conduct, compliance policies and speak up culture.
- Is responsible for Implementation of the (culture) development programs
- Implements the Main Principles of the T4I Program based on the ECI Principles
- Is responsible for the operative implementation of SAVWIPL specific set of T4I deliverables/measures based on internal self-assessment according to the ECI standards
- Establishes and develops the local Integrity Program in accordance with the HQ GRC Team
- Leads the development and implementation of measures to improve the integrity-related local strategy/ Develop templates for training materials for web based training
- Conducts local planning and strategic selection of measures and tools
- Supports development and implementation of all related programs of the local entity
- Oversees the integration of Integrity in all relevant local processes and instruments, especially in HR.


- Drafts and revises policies on compliance and integrity.
- Cerates reporting, monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness of the local integrity activities
- Assures advice, coaching, provides training on Compliance policies, including to blue collared employees and provides assistance on the subject of Integrity. subject of Compliance
- Establishes and self-responsible manages an effective and efficient Compliance Management System in alignment with next Compliance level accountable at SAVWIPL including an adequate compliance organization if applicable
- Is responsible for ongoing monitoring, assessment and effective as well as efficient improvement of Compliance and Ethic programs in area of responsibility; independent monitoring and development of improvements of the Compliance Management System
- Conducts an independent advice to all stakeholders regarding Compliance and ethical questions in his/her field of responsibility
- Ensures the Whistleblower System at SAVWIPL. Ensures independence and effective functionality of the Whistleblower System in accordance with the effective law.
- Is responsible for definition of the compliance management system methodology (ICRA) and support with implementation of the respective principles/ policies in all relevant Human Resources (HR)
