Role Description
This is a contract Site Supervisor role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, conducting quality checks, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with contractors. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for managing a team of workers and collaborating with architects and designers to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction supervision and project management
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with budget and schedule management
- Experience with material procurement and vendor management
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
