Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor for the Water Treatment Plant plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance activities at the facility. This position involves managing a team of operators, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and optimizing plant performance. The Site Supervisor will collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers and management, to achieve operational excellence and meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
• Lead and supervise a team of water treatment plant operators.
• Conduct regular team meetings, provide training, and ensure staff adherence to safety protocols.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Operational Oversight:
• Monitor and optimize plant operations to meet production targets efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Maintenance and Repairs:
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and machinery.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on plant performance and key metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and operational data.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Environmental Science, or related).
• Proven experience in water treatment plant operations, with at least [X years] in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
