Role Description
Navitas Solar is seeking 8 full-time Site Supervisors for our EPC projects. This is a hybrid role that includes on-site supervision with work from office flexibility. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that site activities are in line with company objectives, policies, and procedures and will report directly to the Project Manager. Their responsibilities include overseeing maintenance activities, site security, and directing the work of contractors and third-party suppliers. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections to ensure site safety and staying up to date with local health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in a supervisory role for project execution
- Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in the solar EPC
