Job Purpose For Site Supervisor

The core role and responsibilities are:-

• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Knowledge of procurement of construction material its proper storage and accounting process.
• Should have idea of quality of construction materials, various types of tests to be conducted.
• Should have hiring knowledge of manpower, tools and its proper deployment as per site/activity requirement.
• Should have idea of resolving the conflicts between working staffs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Recognized diploma qualification in civil engineering plus 4 years of experience in construction industry

Experience

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality assurance.

Salary: – Rs.18,000/- to 22,000/-(Per Month)
