2. In charge for all finishing works of building
3. Good knowledge of working in Corporate fit out/retail/commercial projects. Should have thorough knowledge of Civil & Interior works like - Block work, Plastering, Concreting, RCC, Raceway floor cutting, Flooring works, Knowledge of MEP packages.
4. Apply designs and plans to mark out the site. This may include residential, retail, office or any other projects.
5. Works as part of the site management team liaisoning with and working alongside architects, internal teams, vendors, consultants, supervisors, and subcontractors. They share responsibility for site security, health and safety, and the organization and supervision of material and human resource.
6. To ensure that the building maintenance protocols are adhered viz: debris disposal, materials shifting, common area usage, lift usage etc.,
7. Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
8. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications mentioned in the Work order and Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials
9. Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
10.Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
11. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
12. Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
13.Updating the site progress on daily basis and preparing reports as required
14. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise in coordination with Architect/Constants and QS Dept.
15. To prepare BOQ/estimates for small works that may need to be undertaken.
16. To prepare inventory details along with the facility in charge once the project is completed and be responsible for handover process with the client. Inventory list to be ready as part of the handover docket to the client on the day of handover.
17. Be responsible for organising all the handover documents, as-built-drawings, warranty certificates from all the vendors and contractors after the completion of project
