Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1.5 To 2 years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
OR
1.5 2 years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience related to SharePoint domain [Refer the Experience related description for SharePoint domain's scopes].
Language Qualification
English Language: fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.
Experience-related description for SharePoint domain
+ Good to have technical knowledge on different versions of SharePoint OnPrem and SharePoint Online).

+ The day-to-day work includes break fix scenarios/troubleshooting issues
+ Part of a team handling Windows / Active Directory/SharePoint/Other application administration
+ Does the workload include configuration and administration of SharePoint / M365 features
+ Familiar with Windows operating system administration
+ Troubleshooting user's permissions related issues in SharePoint sites
+ SharePoint backup and restore and monitoring related experience
+ Configuring SharePoint online / On-Prem features at site level
+ Having hands-on experience on Installing SharePoint / Application updates
+ Can explain a few words about SharePoint Configuration wizard
+ Can describe SP Online tenant and few Administration options from SharePoint Admin center
+ Familiar/ has conceptual knowledge about Lists and Libraries
+ Familiar/ has conceptual knowledge about modern pages
+ Can talk about features of OneDrive
+ Can explain how to use Security features in SharePoint Online Tenant Like Purview
+ Troubleshooting and fixing issues using ULS logs/IIS logs / Fiddler logs analysis
+ IIS related feature awareness
+ Concepts like IIS Authentication, familiar
+ Can explain IIS Architecture
+ Understands HTTP and HTTPS difference
+ Understands certificates, IIS Bindings
+ Can talk about 3 features related to IIS application Pools
+ Familiarity with tools like Fiddler, Browser Developer tools and Windows Event viewer
+ Basic SQL Server Administration concepts like backup/restore Attaching Database
+ Hands on experience on SharePoint on-Premise to Online migration
+ Hands on experience on using OneDrive for Business and troubleshooting sync issues
+ Prior experience on Azure, InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, Scripting and SharePoint development is an added advantage.
