JOB PROFILE - 

• Managing operations of S&S procurement section
• Compliance to the SOP/Delegation/IMS Procedure – Also adherence to maintain the records/signed documents
• Highest and fastest coordination and making of error free material orders and other communications.
• Internal customer and external supplier satisfaction
• Should be aware of safety rules and regulations of UTCL Safety standards and ensuring team performance in safety culture
• Should follow Safety rules & regulations of UTCL Safety standards. 

KRA 1: Ensuring timely conversion of PR to PO including emergency & shutdown requirements to reduce PR to PO lead time.

KRA 2:   To achieve maximum savings through development of OEM substitute vendors and alternate sources.

KRA 3:   To assist in implementation of KFA activities in respective area of unit.

KRA 4:   To ensure 100% timely finalization of Annual RC.

KRA 5:  Timely completion of Safety Rounds and other Safety compliances for self and for the entire section.  

KRA 6:  100% coordination with CPC and site user for CPC related procurement.

KRA 7: Towards inventory control to initiate VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) for major consumed items.

KRA 8: Timely submission of MIS, Savings data with supportive details in every month.

Professional Qualifications: 

Essential:  BE/B Tech/M Com or equivalent with GDMM/PGDMM from reputed Institution
