AddressServiceNow Developer, Senior Consultant
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer, who can work independently with minimal supervision, and can own the Delivery Excellence ServiceNow instance lifecycle through development, integration, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow features, functionalities, upgrades, and integrations
- Act as a Business Analyst to prioritize backlog and enhancement user stories
- Liaise with the I&T team and the Operate CoE team to continuously stay abreast with the latest in ServiceNow technology
- Writing ServiceNow scripts using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Handle escalated level-2 tickets from the DE L1 team
- Create and manage ServiceNow knowledge articles for the L1 support team, and the end-users to consume
- Perform code reviews and help peers with coding practices
- Preparing test scripts and conducting UAT
- Planning and facilitating ServiceNow awareness sessions
- Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation

- ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of experience
- Experience of working on CSM & ITSM modules of ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow SSO integrations
- Experience of implementing integrations with other 3rd party applications
- Experience working with Service catalogs, reports/dashboards, workflows, knowledge base, SLAs, and service portal
- Scripting Knowledge - business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and script includes
- Experience of upgrading instances and resolving issues arising out of upgrades
- Experience of creating/maintaining ATFs
- ServiceNow CSA certified
- Experience of working in an Agile project
- Experience of working on enhancements on the existing functionality
- Understanding ITIL process, preferably ITIL v3 or v4 certified
- ServiceNow CAD certified
