Job Description

Location: Bangalore

Qualifications: Bachelors and/or Advanced Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration, preferably within HR Scoped applications.
• HR Module Hands on experience is Mandatory.

Job Knowledge / Experience:

• Experience in HR technology, specifically supporting the ServiceNow processes
• Experience with ServiceNow forms, fields, views, lists, UI policy, actions, and Client and Server scripts
• Configuration and enhancements on the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Mobile and Web Onboarding
• Support existing and build new interfaces and have a good understanding of available integrations with 3rd party tools.
• Ensure the system maintains compliance with policies and procedures, including GLBA, SOX, PCI, and data retention.
• Ability to talk to business partners to understand requirements, provide options and set right expectations on delivery.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
