These include the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue, operational, compliance, finance and customer service functions. The broader organisation incorporates Infrastructure services that the firm relies on to operate on a day to day basis including data centre, networks, proximity services, security, voice, incident management and remediation. Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) is responsible for maintaining the Operating Environment which includes all infrastructure components, Technology Platforms and Technology-wide operational resilience capabilities and Service Management (ITIL). The Service Transformation Teams sits within the Service management function and is responsible for the design and transition of services into operation. As part of this the request fulfillment role will need to handles the requirement for request automation and workflow and manager the employee facing Service Catalogue. About your role The request fulfillment manager is the owner of the request fulfillment process in ServiceNow. He or she is responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and improving the request fulfillment process, and ensuring that it aligns with the business needs and the ITIL best practices. The request fulfillment manager also coordinates with other process owners, such as change management, incident management, or problem management, to ensure that the requests are handled efficiently and effectively. The request fulfillment manager should have a strong knowledge of the IT services, the request fulfillment tools, and the performance metrics for request fulfillment. The role is responsible to design new request workflows to drive efficiencies across Technology to improve productivity for all Fidelity employees. About you The role must have the ability to translate business requirements and design workflows and automation across people, process, technology and governance. The candidate must have experiencing executive this in the ServiceNow platform. Candidates should be able to plan, manage and execute a course of work, be highly independent, confident in their abilities and flexible enough to adapt to a fluid landscape. This role involves a more holistic outlook on problem solving, extensive thinking of the backstage workings (in how a company works and delivers on customer experience) as well as organisational and behavioural considerations.
