Job Description:
In this role, you will play a vital role in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our server infrastructure, ensuring optimal uptime and productivity for our organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server systems (including Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, and Group Policies)
- Perform regular patching and updates using WSUS
- Troubleshoot server issues, diagnose problems, and implement solutions
- Monitor server performance and proactively address potential issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Provide technical support to end users on server-related issues
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new servers and services
- Basic to good knowledge of Linux systems
- 3-4 years of experience in server administration, preferably in a Windows Server environment
- Working knowledge of Linux systems (1-2 Year Exp)
- MCSA or MCSE certification in Windows Server
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, and Group Policies
- Working knowledge of Linux systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
