Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of Web Developers and junior developers.
Define project goals, set priorities, allocate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of the miniOrange marketing websites.
Take an active role in coding, debugging, testing, and maintaining the website.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance individual skills and contribute innovative ideas.
Proactively identify and address technical challenges to optimize performance and user experience.
Oversee the WordPress CMS and ensure its smooth operation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to ensure content is uploaded, formatted, and displayed correctly on the website.
Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and performance.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the development lifecycle.
Facilitate effective knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration to enhance productivity and deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Web Developer with strong programming skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
Proficiency in modern web development frameworks and libraries (e.g., Next js, React).
Experience with content management systems (WordPress) and understanding of SEO principles.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
Implement best design / web development practices, adapt to frameworks, create a common code base or templates to speed up development and improve overall team efficiency.
