Job Description
We are looking for a Video Business Lead for multiple key sports verticals like WWE, MMA, Football, NBA, NFL etc - to expand our video content business on YouTube. The ideal candidate is someone who sets ambitious goals for himself/ herself and has the strategic vision and content business understanding to achieve the same.
Location: Remote
Experience: 10+ years, Digital Video Content Business
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sportskeeda's Video Business on YouTube
Lead the video team and achieve revenue targets set for the business
Monitor & Drive content performance through correct choice of topics and best content practices.
Develop content strategy across all platforms to drive engagement and subscription
Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders; including production team, talent, influencers, content creators
Use Social Media tools to develop actionable insights for the video production team on content themes, best practices, improving video performance.
Requirements
Someone who lives and breathes video content on social media platforms. Both as a content consumer and as a domain expert.
Expertise in growing YouTube channels in the past.
At least 10 years of experience managing video content strategy for Digital platforms.
Proven experience in content management.
Candidates from Tier -1 BTech/ MBA colleges will be preferred.
Hands on experience in Youtube/ FB analytic tools, Social Listening tools.
Adept at both Data-driven analysis and creative content development.
Proven traffic generation capabilities through organic & paid digital mediums.
Someone who loves consuming sports content on social media. Interest in sports like WWE, MMA, Football, NBA, NFL will be even better.
