Division Overview Customer Services is an integral part of Adenza's growth and success. This division's mission is to continuously enhance the Adenza Customer experience in how they consume the Adenza software and services, using a strategic customer-centric approach focused on driving customer adoption and retention. Team And Role Overview If you have the curiosity to learn new technology, enjoy traveling, love technical writing, and have a deep passion for training, this position may be right for you. In addition to assisting in the development of online courses, ControllerView® documentation, and use cases; you will be responsible for creating exercises used in training. The position offers access to the latest system development, the potential for career advancement, and learning new skills by engaging in a diverse set of activities and duties. The training team operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will also get to work with various departments such as Professional Services, SMEs, Developers, etc., regarding product features and improvements. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and deliver internal and external training for all users
  • Develop content and ability to offer client training and certification
  • Ability to book and deliver more training sessions, including last-minute requests
  • Enhance Adenza's internal training programs and Certification
  • Create training content for eLearning for ControllerView functionality (support, development.)
  • Provide internal/external training for all user types
  • When necessary, gain an understanding of regulatory solutions for contextual augmentation
  • Develop and maintain: training material; eLearning training modules; training use cases; certification question bank
  • Training modules/courses testing
Skills And Requirements
  • You can learn and master the ControllerView® Platform
  • Hands-on experience in producing training content (including online modules), documentation, procedural guides, etc., for various audiences (business users, support, developers, system administrators, QA, etc.)
  • Advanced organizational and research skills
  • Agile thinking and work habits
  • Ability to work independently and with team members
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must
  • High-level knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and QA is required
  • Exposure to regulatory reporting is a plus
