• Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of educational products and the publishing industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Engage in effective and persuasive communication to highlight the value proposition of our educational materials.
• Sales Conversion:
• Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective telephonic selling.
• Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information.
