Job Summary:As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of "The Mahal" store in Sydney. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in luxury fashion retail, particularly in Indian brands. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience, including work with prestigious names like Aza, Ensemble, ogaan or Pernia.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations:Manage all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management,
and customer service.Ensure the store maintains impeccable visual standards, reflecting the luxury and uniqueness of our products.
Team Leadership:Lead and inspire a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.Provide training and guidance to staff on product knowledge, customer service, and brand values.
Customer Experience:Cultivate a customer-centric culture, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Sales and Targets:Drive sales goals and achieve revenue targets, implementing strategies to maximize profitability.Analyse sales trends and customer behaviour to inform decision-making.
Brand Knowledge:Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury Indian fashion brands and stay informed about industry trends.Collaborate with the buying team to curate a collection that aligns with customer preferences.
Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion.Strong knowledge of Indian fashion brands, with a focus on Aza, Ensemble, ogaan or Pernia.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
