- Follow the project strategy to elicit and document requirements.
- Follow the procedures on how the requirements will be managed (i.e., base lining requirements, requirements, change control and requirements traceability).
- Manage and negotiate with difficult and opinionated stakeholders with regular supervision during elicitation sessions and during the development life cycle.
- Develop understanding of Analysis and overall Process Re-engineering including business process modelling, capability gap assessment, and definition of solution approach and scope.
- Development and deployment of formal business analysis methods and tools to govern and control programs at a Proficient level in accordance with firm standards.
- Work in close collaboration with other teams including solution architects, development, testing and deployment
- Work with colleagues in IT Department to ensure good communication and co-operation between all related projects and systems.
- Participate in Requirements Analysis; designing of solutions based on System Requirements and Architecture, develop, unit test and deploy applications.
- Strong team player and eager to learn new skills and concepts who can smartly interpret the business requirement/problem into technical solutions.
- You enjoy what you do and you like to think outside the box.
- Fast learner to adapt quickly to a hybrid environment.
- Autonomous professional who can code with little supervision.
- Passionate for coding and modern technology.
- Pro-active attitude towards application development & maintenance in Full Stack.
- Should be a quick learner and able to work with in timelines.
- Willingness to work in multiple programming languages, tools and development practices.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English(verbal & written)

Primary skills:
- Java/Sprint/Spring boot/Hibernate (Must Have),
- Devops/Kubernetes/AWS (Nice to have)
- Angular Js/Angular (Must Have)
- PostgresSQL (Must Have)
- Agile Methodologies
- Good understanding of SDLC
Functional skills:
- Maintain architecture tools and their integrations with other Allianz standards tools via REST API integration
- Implement the automation of architecture assessment processes.
- Work in an Agile & DevOps environment with automated deployment to the cloud.
- Accomplish improvement in performance, reliability, and automation levels
- Improve quality and strive for continuous innovation with regards to products and technology stack
- Write technical documentation and apply best practices.
