We are looking for a highly motivated Scrum master to join the Technology & Solutions Automation team. This role requires a high energy, collaborative talent who is passionate about project management and who has a proven track record of working collaboratively and independently. The focus will be optimizing value delivery for our internal customers using Agile and Scrum methodologies. They will also enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment that is passionate about their work and contributing to the growth of the entire organization.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
- Manage relationships with software development teams, operations teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of software products and services.
- Ensure the team is delivering high-quality software by monitoring quality metrics, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and programs using a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Coach and mentor team members on software development best practices, agile methodologies, and lean principles.
- Create clear and transparent communications to all levels of the program – SMEs, Stakeholders and Sponsors
- Assess and manage initiative risks, issues, and changes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Education:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-5 years' experience in program and/or project management for software development
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including agile, lean, and DevOps.
- Experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Understanding of and experience with project, change management and/or process methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Executive Presence and presentations
- Self-starter with an ability to work independently, including outside of actual reporting structure.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Master, PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, LPM
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Aha!, JIRA, PowerBI preferred.
