Responsibilities
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements• Design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO modules• Act as a liaison between business functions and technical team• Lead business process workshops, design business processes, write specifications, configure system, test, and train business users• Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed• Document functional designs, test cases, and results• Propose business process and/or system enhancements• Provide ad-hoc training and user support• Work self-directed and independently; mentor junior members
Requirements
• Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in FICO module• Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis• Understanding of manufacturing business processes in Financial and Management Accounting• Knowledge of SAP ECC & S/4 HANA from SAP FICO module perspective• Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules• Experience with FIORI Transactional and Analytical Apps• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects• Experience in Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset• Understanding of accounting business processes• Ability to understand business processes from customer perspective• Ability to work in a team environment• Results-oriented and demonstrate a 'Can-do' attitude• Ability to communicate effectively with domestic and international clients• SAP S/4 HANA Certification in Financial Accounting or Management Accounting is preferred• Knowledge of Product Development/Co-innovation approach/methodology is an asset• Knowledge of SAP FSCM, SAC, Group Reporting is an added advantage• Knowledge of third-party tool interface is an added advantage• Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes• Zeal to learn new things• Team Player
