Job Description

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing and continually improving our Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with experienced Salesforce Developers within our IT team to drive innovation and efficiency.

Customization and Development: Leverage your extensive experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs to create robust solutions.
Business Requirements Analysis: Dive into complex business requirements, analyze them thoroughly, and efficiently implement solutions that enhance our business processes.
Technical Leadership: Provide strategic insights on how code should be written to best serve our business objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including administrators, architects, and business stakeholders.
User Management: Manage users, construct data models, and automate processes using declarative tools.
Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (beyond declarative configuration).
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Strong understanding of SOQL, Web Services, and Salesforce APIs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Desirable Abilities:
Certifications: Salesforce certifications (such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder).
