We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing sales application CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our sales application CRM, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our organization's sales and customer relationship management needs.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and implement custom Salesforce solutions to meet specific business requirements, with a primary focus on the sales application CRM.
Application Configuration: Configure and customize the Salesforce platform, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and process automation using Salesforce tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
Integration: Collaborate with integration teams to integrate Salesforce with external systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and other third-party applications, using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the sales application CRM by performing data cleansing, data migration, and data manipulation tasks as required.
Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve issues reported by end-users related to the sales application CRM, providing timely and effective support through proper issue tracking and resolution techniques.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business analysts, system administrators, and other developers to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, system architecture, and release notes, to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development efforts.
Best Practices and Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices, and actively contribute to process improvements, system optimizations, and code reviews to ensure the scalability, stability, and maintainability of the sales application CRM.
To succeed, you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, specifically working on sales application CRM projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration options.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools, including Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, and Validation Rules.
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce data model, data management, and security features.
- Familiarity with web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like AngularJS or ReactJS.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exp working with overseas clients.
- Exp working on greenfield and on-going implementation.
- Hands on knowledge on sfdx, Git, Salesforce CLI
