Skill(s) - UiPath(must), Automation Anywhere(preferable), Blue Prism(preferable), Power Automate(good to have), Database Concepts(must)

What is the work?
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
- Design, develop and maintain UiPath workflows and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using best practices and design patterns.
- Debug, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development team's processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RPA technology.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- Extensive experience with UiPath and related RPA tools.
- Configuring and managing UiPath Orchestrator(must), including setting up robots, creating schedules, and monitoring execution.
- Experience RE framework(must) for developing automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, practices and tools.
- Experience working with SAP (or any other ERP) integration or SAP as data source for automation.
- Knowledge of database design and SQL(preferable).
- Experience in the development of intelligent automation solutions, such as machine learning or natural language processing.(preferable).
- Experience with at least one programming language, such as C#, Java or Python. (preferable).
- Understanding of REST APIs, XML, JSON and other web technologies.(preferable).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
