Roles & Responsibilities
- Real time monitoring of Agent staffing and Service Levels
- Intraday reporting – hourly and day end
- Route cause analysis to determine and quantify reasons for forecast variance and recommend changes to enhance forecast accuracy and Agent utilization
- Flagging off any abnormality or service failure
- On the day schedule optimization in order to meet desired service levels, and providing feedback to relevant stakeholders of potential impact to service levels
- Accurately tracking all/any movement of headcount. (attrition, new recruits)
- Ensuring that all headcount databases are accurate and aligned (eWFM, Headcount files)
- Real Time shrinkage/adherence management
Desired Candidate Skills
- Very Good Communication skills, both Verbal and Writing
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in RTA role
- Well versed with reporting in Ms Excel and Google Sheets
- Should be flexible with night shifts (US)/ all graveyard shifts
- Should be open to Travel to different states as per organizational requirements
