About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Production Manager to Head one our of manufacturing units. The roles and responsibilities will include:
- Supervise the day-to-day production operations
- Improve the operations of the department, including quality and productivity
- Implement tools of Lean Manufacturing to improve the department
- Plan production and report weekly to Director
- Coordinate with sales w.r.t. orders
- Develop new products along with the R&D team
About you:
- Previous experience in a leadership role is necessary
- Understand the importance of Lean Manufacturing
- Good leadership skills and great reporting skills
- Previous experience in DPR is necessary
- Previous experience in the Sports Goods manufacturing industry is highly desirable
- Previous experience in an Export company is desirable
