Senior Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting negotiations to secure advantageous terms.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements. Ensure that contracts comply with legal requirements and organizational policies.
• Execute the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and execute strategies set out by the leadership team to reduce overall procurement expenses.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to establish and maintain quality standards for procured goods and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations, to complete duties as requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (B2-C1 CEFR Level).
• Proven experience in procurement.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Good knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
